Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice to make appropriate adjustments to our schedule. Last minute cancellations will be charged $75.00.
Weather/Reshoot Policy
If the weather is not favorable for photos, it is the client’s responsibility to reschedule the photo shoot. Any revisits to the property will be subject to a fee of $75.00.
Travel Policy
If you love our services and have a listing beyond a 25 mile radius from our home office in Rock Hill, we would be happy to do it for an additional travel charge. IRS Standard Mileage Rate will apply.
Weekend Rate
$75 Fee for all Saturday appointments.
